The staff at the bar were lovely I was not impressed with the room after the maid had been and the second day I sent her away as it was 5pm and too late to clean my room.
(I had been out since 8.30 am!)

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff.
Top Tip
Open top tourist buses that run from the plaza are a must do - great way to get to all the Gaudi sites and superb way to get ones bearings. Worth getting a 2 day ticket as works out much cheaper, also includes discounts for Casa Batilo, Sagrada, etc.

Rooms were allocated several hours after arriving at the hotel due to some leakages in the top floor; Room bit too noisy - could hear neighbours and lobby music; Friendly staff. Extremely central.

Transport and tours easily accessible; right in front of tourist information office

Being offered a complimentary upgrade no doubt helped but we found the location and facilities spot on. Staff were also v v v helpful and only marked down cos they sent to us a terrible spot for dinner one evening, just bad luck i guess. Other than that no problems at all.

The windows were of sealed type therefore could not open. Shower overflowed onto floors outside every time you showered. Noisy air conditioning.

visit guell park designed by gaudi. Get ticket for touristic bus to take you round the city

Great location, very central and accesible to all tourist hot spots. Staff at hotel very helpful and room very clean.
Top Tip
Be very very careful of bag snatchers, i wouldn't bother getting too dressed up and attracting attention to yourself on a night out. 2 of our party were mugged.

The hotel was very stylish but the rooms were not practical for more than a few days. e.g. no separate bathroom if sharing, lack of drawers and wardrobe space.
