We chose the hotel because your website advertised a piano bar which to us suggested entertainment.There was no piano bar just a piano behind a pillar in the corner which the staff said no one had played for years.Neither was there a fountain in the bar as advertised,there wasnt even any piped music.Consequently we were the only people in the lobby bar all evening.There was absoluteley no atmosphere and it didnt help that a gin and tonic cost 11.50
